$10,000 Queensland Building Boost Grant eligibility tester
Property investors are eligible for the $10,000 Building Boost. The $10,000 applies to every new investment property you purchase. You do not have to live in the property, for example you might rent it out to a tenant or allow a family member to live in it.
Note: This eligibility tester is designed to help you determine if you are eligible for the grant. However, it does not replace the formal application and approval process.
